Daria Mazzoni is an Advanced Practise Registered Nurse (APRN). She obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees and APRN certification from The University of South Florida in Tampa. She graduated from the Pilgrim School of Nursing in Brentwood, New York with a Registered Nurse degree. Ms. Mazzoni is a highly skilled professional with 30+ years of experience, in hospitals and primary care clinics.

Ms. Mazzoni has completed the 120-hour pre-licensure Healthcare Risk Management Program at the University of Florida. Additionally, she has certifications as a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant (LNC), Certified Forensic Nurse (CFN), and Certified Nurse Life Care Planner (CNLC) (CNLCP). :

Ms. Mazzoni works with her patients to provide primary health care services that include taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, managing acute and chronic illnesses, prescribing medication, referring patients for diagnostic procedures, reviewing patient reports, providing recommendations, and referring to specialists as necessary. She is also in charge of patient education with regard to a particular health concern. Ms. Mazzoni is an APRN instructor and evaluates clinical faculty in many clinical programs.
